NOTICE TO APPROVED PROJECT SPONSORS

NO WORK CAN BE PERFORMED WITHOUT A BUDGET RESERVATION.

**IMPORTANT PROGRAM INFORMATION/CHANGES**

Beginning with measures reported on the APRIL INVOICE, all duct efficiency installations MUST provide the following information in the notes section for each customer, in addition to the information currently required:

- The type of duct system (i.e. flex, duct board, sheet metal, or combination)

- How registers were sealed (from the conditioned space or from the attic)

- The number of duct joints sealed in the attic (or other unconditioned space)

- The location of the air handler (i.e. attic, closet, garage)

A standardized field installation document is available on the downloads/tools page of the website for your use.  If you are currently using a form of your own design, that may be submitted in lieu of adding detailed notes in the database.

- Sites and measures will be disallowed from the invoices if  customer's signatures and dates are not in the appropriate places on Host Customer Agreements.

- Invoices will be subject to adjustment if Measure information is incorrectly reported.

- Invoices must be submitted by the last day of each month.

Please check the website periodically for program and budget updates.  Thank you!
